Introduction

Easy to make pizza that is gluten free and delicious! Great for on the go moms and kids alike! Add the topping you like. Easy to make pizza that is gluten free and delicious! Great for on the go moms and kids alike! Add the topping you like.

Ingredients

    1 rice cake- i like to use White cheddar.
    Top with marinara sauce
    Sprinkel on Mozzerella cheese
    Add any toppings you want

Directions

1 rice cake- i like to use White cheddar.
Top with marinara sauce- enough to cover the entire cake
Sprinkel on Mozzerella cheese- enough to cover the sauce
Add any topping you want- be sure not to add too many or they will fall off as it is cooking

Put in the oven (I use a toster over for less heat in the kitchen) and cook till cheese melts. To speed up the process use the broil function, just be careful not to burn.
