Introduction

A modified Sonoma Diet recipe.

I made white rice on the side but it would be excellent with wild rice or even just brown rice. Very, very flavorful!

I made white rice on the side but it would be excellent with wild rice or even just brown rice. Very, very flavorful!

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb of shrimp
    Kosher salt (optional)
    Pepper (optional)
    4 zucchini
    8 ounces of fresh asparagus spears
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbs chopped cilantro
    1 tbs sesame seeds
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add vegetables and cook until crisp-tender (don't over cook). Add shrimp, sesame oil, sesame seeds, cilantro, salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp is opaque. Serve.
