Ingredients

    Organic Old Fashioned Oats, 1 cup
    Organic Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, 1 cup
    Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.5 cup
    Extra Large Eggs, 2
    Granulated Sugar, 2/3 cup
    Stevia 3 Tbl
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup Whole grain dry baking mix, 2 cups
    Dark Sweet Chocolate Bar, (1.45-ish oz) grated
    Black beans, a 15 Oz can, rinsed and mashed

Directions

Spray cookie sheets and heat oven to 375. Let oats soak in yogurt while you get everything together. Cream eggs, sugar, apple sauce, mashed beans (be sure they are well rinsed first), stevia and cocoa powder. Add to oat mixture then fold in whole grain baking mix and lastly the grated chocolate (semi-sweet mini-chips are good also). Spoon onto large sheets, makes about 30, and cook for 11 minutes.
