Ingredients
-
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Yellow Onion
1 lb. Ground Turkey
2 cans Diced Tomatos - Any Flavor
2 tsp. brown sugar
2-3 shakes Worcestershire Sauce
1 large bag frozen corn
Directions
Dice yellow pepper and onion. Saute in olive oil until just soft in large skillet. Place in a bowl and set aside. Add ground turkey to skillet without adding more oil. Cook until just browned on the outside, breaking apart as you brown. Drain all liquid from meat.
Add back peppers and onions to turkey. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the frozen corn. Stir, turn heat down to simmer, cover and let cook for about 15 minutes. Remove cover and drain about 50% of the liquid. Add frozen corn. Stir to mix well. Simmer covered again for about 15 more minutes.
