Introduction

Ist pan....
Brown meat in olive oil
Add: all the spices, blend well
Add: carrots, onions, garlic
Add: cabbage put lid on to help it wilt
Add: tomatoe sauce and diced tomatoes
2ed pan....
chicken broth and 1 cup of water
bring to boil add rice
cook rice according to your package directions

    tomatoe sauce and diced tomatoes
    I used the one with peppers and onions
    1 can chicken broth
    1 cup of water
    1 cup rice, I used whole grain

Directions

8 large cups of hearty filling soup
I added 1 tsp. paparika also, couldn't find nutrition info.
You can simmer this soup for a long time if you want. Depends on how done you want you carrots and cabbage

Serve stoup over rice or put rice right in the pot for a one pot dinner. Leftovers are great!
