Introduction
This is a yummy smoothie with no added sugar,(yet still sweet). It's refreshing and great for a snack, desert, or breakfast. It's also low fat! Oh and rich in Potassium! Ingredients

~1/2 cup fruit juice (I used Ocean Spray 100% juice with no sugar added)
~1/2 cup low fat yogurt (I used wegman's low fat light berry yogurt)
~1 cup of frozen blueberries(or mixed berries)
~1/2 medium banana (I used a frozen one but fresh would work fine too)
~1 or 2 tbsps wheat germ (too make it more healthy)
Directions
Blend ingredients together until smooth and enjoy! :)
