Great appetizer for a get together or cold dinner on a summer day! Great appetizer for a get together or cold dinner on a summer day!

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    pillsbury pizza crust (or 2 cresent rolls not calculated)
    mushrooms
    tomatoes
    olives
    broccoli
    carrrots (other veggys of your choice)
    shredded cheese
    sour cream
    mayo
    light ranch or ranch dry seasoning
    *optional salt, pepper and other seasoning to taste



    bake pillsbury pizza dough as instructed on package onto a cookie sheet.
    chop/slice/cube vegetables
    mix either a packet of ranch dressing in sourcream and some mayo or just mix hidden valley light ranch with some mayo (taste to get the right blend of flavor).

    Once pizza is done let cool! IMPORTANT!!!!
    spread the mayo/ranch souce evenly on the top and layer with cheese and vegetables. Cut into even sized squares. add salt and pepper to tast or other seasons!

this can be made for a family of 4 with leftovers or up to 8 people (depends on appetite)
