60 grams of brown sugar
60 grams of ground almonds
150 grams of bitter chocolate of 70% of cacao
150 grams of cream
150 grams of almonds
100 grams of brown sugar
Directions
Prepare the base of the cake with 120 grams of flour, 120 grams of butter, 60 grams of sugar and 60 grams of ground almonds.
Cover a pan of 24 cm with it. Puncture it with a fork and place in the refrigerator for 90 minutes.
Cook for 20/25 minutes. Let it cool. For the filling, make a ganache with 150 grams of bitter chocolate of 70% of cacao and 150 grams of cream. Let it cool and fill the cake, then left until the chocolate becomes hardened.
In order to finish, place 150 grams of almonds and 100 grams of sugar in a frying pan until they are sweetened.
When they are cold, place on the cake.
