Introduction

I was having a problem getting in enough carbs for the day I made this smoothie to give me the carbs I need that is packed with vitamin C
I took fresh strawberries canned pineappple and mandarin oranges blended together.
Another food item that my Daycare children can enjoy as well. They love it.

Ingredients

    Strawberries fresh -15oz.
    1.5 cups canned pineapple crushed or tidbits
    1 small (11oz.) can mandarin oranges
    juice from the pineapple1 & the oranges, to make 1/2 cup.
    Honey

Directions

Clean strawberries - rinse well .
Blend all ingredients at once in blender or food processor until smooth. Chill then serve.
