Introduction

Ingredients

    4 ounces chicken breast, cubed
    3 tbsp chopped onion
    1 Tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayo
    1/2 cup chopped tomotoes
    1/4 cup Fresh express Salad greens, chopped
    3 large leafs of green leaf lettuce, bottom stems removed.

Directions

Mix the chicken, onion and mayo till blended. Add in tomatoes and Fresh Express Salad and mix gently. Spoon 1/3 of the mixture into the center of each leaf of lettuce, wrap and enjoy.
