    thin venison steaks, whole wheat crackers,egg subs; garkic powder, salt and pepper.


In a deep bowl combine egg substitute,garlic powder,salt and pepper and beat with a fork. Place the steak in the egg mixture and let rest while you crush the whole wheat crackers. (you don't want them to loock very powdery so don't crush too much) put the crackers on a dinner plate take the steak from the egg mixture and cover with cracker press the craker firmly onto the steak. Heat up skillet with Fleishmanns and cook for about 5 min on ech side at medium heat.
This will make one Serving.
