    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. black beans, rinsed
    1 c. diced tomatoes
    4 oz. shredded low-fat mozzarella
    4 dishes with 8 baked tortilla chips a piece (I used 4.5 of regular chips for the calorie count
    8 c. romaine lettuce
    avocado (optional)
    sourcream (optional)
    salsa (optional)
    olives (optional)

Directions

Brown turkey and add black beans until heated.
Add all together.
