    Great Value Mixed Vegetables, 6 cup
    No Name mushrooms, 1 can
    *Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 1/2 pkg.
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup
    Loretta Deluxe Shells & Cheese Dinner Mix, 2 boxes


Cook cheesy shells first, then add all ingredients together, sprinkle with crumbs and bake for 30 mins.
