Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Pork Tenderloin, 6 oz (sliced thin)
    *Pineapple, canned, 1 cup, , sliced, or chunks (drained)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp ()
    Garlic, 3 cloves (crushed or minced)
    Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped ()
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp ()
    Lime Juice, 1 fl oz ()
    *Coriander leaf, , 3tbsp (fresh)
    mint (fresh) 3 tbls

Directions

stirfry garlic and green onion (chives) in oil
add sliced pork and cook til done (2-3 min)
stir in pineapple, soy and lime juice and stir to mix.
stir in chopped coriander and mint just before serving.
makes 3- 3/4cup servings or 2 large
serve with rice
