Introduction

Ingredients

    -2 lbs of Extra Lean Ground White Turkey
    -8 oz can of Tomato Sauce
    -Chili Seasoning
    -15.5 oz can of kidney beans

Directions

Brown 2 lbs of groung white turkey, drain. Add one 8oz can of tomato sauce, two 8oz cans of water, and chili seasoning. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Add in kidney beans during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream or diced tomatoes. (Toppings not included in calorie count)
