    *Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 8 oz
    casa visco marinara sauce, 2 cup (remove)
    chunk white chicken in water, 8 oz (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup pieces (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)
    Parsley, .25 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 6 tbsp (remove)


turn the oven on at 450.
cook pasta according to directions on the box.
saute all chopped veggies, add drained chicken, pasta sauce, let them warm up for a few minutes, remove from the stove, add chopped parsley, season with salt pepper, red pepper flakes.
in a 13 by 9 pan mix pasta with the sauce, sprinkle the cheese, bake at 450 for 20 minutes, untill the cheese ismelted and starts to brown arround the edges. cut in six pieces and enjoy!!!!
