Ingredients

8 OZ frozen precooked shrimp, thawed, detailed
4 oz White Wine
1/2 Onion, diced
14 oz Hunts Diced Tomatoes, plain
1 Garlic clove or equivalent
1 tsp dried Basil
1 cup of frozen Broccoli
2 small zucchini, cut into bite sized slices.
PAM spray, Olive Oil spray
Directions
Preheat non-stick skillet to medium.
Sprinkle shrimp with the basil & garlic in a bolwl, then cover with the wine and let soak.
Spray skillet with PAM. Soften Onion & Zucchini in skillet over medium heat until tender. Add can of diced tomatoes. Add the broccoli. Drain the wine from shrimp into the pan. Bring to boil for 5 minutes., then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until warmed through. If very moist, use slotted spoon to serve.
