Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 c Flour
    .5 c Sugar
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Vanilla
    .5 tsp Nutmeg
    1 Egg
    1 c Milk
    .25 c Motts Applesauce
    .5 pkg Cream Cheese, 1/3 Fat
    6 Tbs Polaner Raspberry Preserves, Splenda
    .

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Mix dry ingredients together. Add milk, egg and applesauce to make batter.

Spray muffin pan with pam. Fill muffin tins with batter half way. Place a piece of cream cheese and .5 Tbs of preserves in the middle of each muffin. Cover with batter until muffin tin is full.

Bake for 16-20 min, until golden brown.
