    2 lbs Beef Boneless Top Round Steak,
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, strips
    Onions, raw, 6 small
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Water, tap, 1 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp


Coat the dutch oven with the olive oil. Season and brown the steak in a pre-heated duch oven . Once the steak is tender place the onions and green pepper in the pan and cook the till the veggies are tender. Sever.
you can also use a electric skillet.
