These biscuits can easily become vegan: just sub the butter for veg. shortening and the milk for water. Especially good with maple syrup or honey! Ingredients

2c flour
3tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
3tbsp wheat germ
3/4c milk
1/2c butter
1tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
mix all of the dry ingredients.
Melt the butter (or have it really soft) add in milk and vinegar - this curdles the milk.
Add wet to dry slowly mixing 2-4 strokes between.
DO NOT OVER MIX.
Cook in oven at 450 for about 10-12 min.
serve hot.
