Ingredients
-
1/2 cup Fat Free Yogurt (I use Astro as this is the only brand that does not use gelatin)
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp salt (or more or less to your taste).
Directions
Make sure garlic is well crushed. For best results use a mortar & pestle, and put the salt in with the garlic (this draws out the juices & makes it easier to pulverize).
Mix very well with the yogurt, until it is all smooth and creamy.
Serve with the vegetable preparation of your choice (see intro text, or visit some of my other recipes for ideas - usually I write "Cacik" with those recipes, & I have now added this as a separate recipe to add since it is easier to calculate servings this way.)
