    -1.5 c vanilla soy milk
    -1.5 c water
    -.75 c oats
    -.25 c quinoa
    -1/8 c sugar
    -pinch salt
    -cinnamon, nutmeg (or cloves and cardamom)
    -1 c frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries work well)


Bring liquid to boil. Add everything else and bring the heat down to medium. Cook 15 - 20 mins with the lid off. Sit 10 mins before eating. Perhaps top with maple syrup.
