Ingredients

    Fresh Fish (cod, talapia, bass, your choice)
    1/2 slice of American Cheese per fish
    Tartar Sauce (Fat Free Kraft) 1 TSP
    2 Crackers crumbled up (whole wheat Ritz)
    Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Lightly grease a baking dish, place your fresh fish in baking dish. Gently coat tartar sauce over fish. Add pepper. Top it off by using only a 1/2 slice of cheese. As a finishing touch add 1 or 2 crackers crushed. Bake for 20 minutes. Bake for 30 if you have more than 1 fish. But make sure to check it after 20 to make sure it's not overcooked.
