Introduction

This is great if you like sushi minus the nori! This is great if you like sushi minus the nori!

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked, cooled sushi rice
    3/4 c thinly sliced celery
    2 c diced imitation lobster
    1/4 c onion sliced green onion
    1/4 c seasoned rice vinegar
    2 c romaine lettuce
    1 avocado diced
    Toasted seseme seeds


Directions

Combine rice,celery,lobster,green onion and vinegar, refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, arrange a leaf of romain lettuce on each of 5 serving plates. Top with about 1/3 c of rice mixture. Remove peel from avocado. Thinly slice avocado and divide among the 5 plates. Sprinkle lightly with toasted seseme seeds is desired.
