Introduction

Great for days when you've only been eating raw fruit and veggies, and want to add some carbs, fat and protein. Enjoy with 1/4 a cup of your favorite nut milk, or half the portion to 1/8 of a cup and use as a crunchy topping for fruit!

It's incredibly filling though, so don't go overboard the first time!

Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds, soaked and dehydrated
1/4 cup raw cashews, soaked and dehydrated
3 cups buckwheat groats, soaked and dehydrated
1 cup (16 Tablespoons) low fat, unsweetened organic coconut, shredded and dehydrated.
    1/2 cup Goji Berries

Directions

Soak 1 cup of raw almonds and 1/4 cup of raw cashews in water overnight.
In a separate bowl, soak 3 cups of raw buckwheat groats in water overnight.

In the morning rinse nuts and place in dehydrator. Rinse buckwheat and place in dehydrator, divided onto at least 2 trays to ensure proper crispiness.

Set dehydrator to 105 degrees.

Dehydrate for 8 hours or more, until the almonds, cashews are crisp, and the buckwheat is completely dry.

Combine above in an air tight jar, with 1 cup of shredded reduced fat organic coconut, 1/2 cup of Goji Berries.

Optional ingredients:

Dried cranberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, apples, raisins...you name it

I like to use a teaspoon of agave nectar on it.
