Introduction

Delicous meatloaf sure to be a hit with the whole family, if feeding more than 6 you may want to make 2! Delicous meatloaf sure to be a hit with the whole family, if feeding more than 6 you may want to make 2!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1-1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
    1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/8 tsp seasoned salt
    1 tsp pepper
    2 tsp minced onion
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup dry plain breadcrumbs
    1- 5 ounce can evaporated milk

Directions

Mix all ingrediants together form into loaf put in loaf pan (coat loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray) Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to your liking. Bake on 375 degrees for 1hr 15mins, remove from pan and let set 5 mins before slicing. Makes about 10 1/2" thick slices! Best paired with mashed potatoes!
