Introduction

This is low fat, low carb and fairly easy to make. Sometimes I will put Butter buds on the potatoes also. This is low fat, low carb and fairly easy to make. Sometimes I will put Butter buds on the potatoes also.

Ingredients

    2 chicken legs
    3 chicken thigh
    4 white potatos cubed
    3 large carrots cut in 2 inch pieces
    3 tsp. Spice Island chicken seasoning
    1/2 c.water

Directions

Put all ingredients in 9 by 13 pan. Cook in stove at 400 for 45-60 min.( I like my chicken falling off the bone so I bake it for 60 min.) Sometimes I also cook this in the grill on hot summer days.
