Ingredients

2 cans 12 oz french style or whole string beans drained
1 can golden mushroom soup or fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 med. onion sliced
1 can fried onion rings separated in two
1 lb. cleaned pre-cooked crawfish tails
    2 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Butter
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning or more according to taste.

Directions

A note on the crawfish: If you are using purchased crawfish tail from your grocer, boil and pre-cook in crab-boil seasoned water. Or saute the crawfish with the onions and add extra seasonings to the mixture.

In medium saucepan, melt butter and saute sliced onion until wilted. Combine the crawfish, beans, seasoning, soup and 1/2 can of the fried onion rings: mix well.

Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish and bake 15 mins. at 350 degrees. Top with remaining onion rings and serve.
