Introduction

Spicy Egg burrito recipe for use with the GT Xpress redi set go or the GT 101 Spicy Egg burrito recipe for use with the GT Xpress redi set go or the GT 101
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    A low carb Whole Wheat Tortilla, or other type if perfered appox 7" in size

    1 egg

    2 tbsp of your perfered salsa, hot or mild.

    1 oz of cheddar cheese

Directions

scramble egg with teaspoon of milk.

preheat GT Redi set go with the divider insert.
after heated spray one side with cooking spray., and pour egg into it. close and cook for aprox 2 minutes.
Open cooker and using small plastic spacula stir egg to scramble it. stir occasionaly until scramble egg is done.
remove egg from cooker (note if using GT 101 clean cooker now to ready for next step)

If your using the GT RSG (redi-set-go) you can either clean the divider insert for the next step or if you have it use the ovals pan insert.

If your tortilla's are too stiff microwave them for about 20 seconds with a damp paper towel over them.

lay out your tortilla's place half the egg on each one, add a spoon of hot salsa to each, then a quarter of an ounce of cheddar cheese to each.

wrap and place in your Gt cooker.

cook 2 to 3 minutes for a soft hot burrito or
cook 4 to 5 minutes for a crisper burrito.

    I use the extreme wellness wrap only 50 calories and I like to use egg whites..so way less calories - 10/3/17
