Ingredients

    Washed bagged spring mix salad
    1 Sliced and Peeled Avocado
    2 diced tomatoes
    3 medium sized sliced mushrooms
    2 stocks chopped chives
    1 can water chestnuts
    150 grams cooked baby shrimp
    Salad dressing of your choice

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large salad bowl and drizzle favorite low fat dressing over top. Toss and enjoy!
