Introduction

Ingredients

You will need: 3 eggs
a small onion
a large potato
a slice of bread (crumbs)
dried sage
2 sauages
This is a great recipe for left over.............
Directions
makes a loaf size portion (doesn't rise tho) and can be cut into 12 pieces, (if more is needed to fill tin double up egg and bread mixture)
1. cut onion and sauage into small pieces and cook.
2. meanwhile mix eggs, dried sage, and grated bread in a bowl.
3. when sausage mixture is cooked and cooled, combine the two mixtures.
4. slice the potato thinly and layer the mixture and potato in turn till all is gone.
5. put into a loaf tin and cook in oven for 60 mins at gas mark 6.,170c approx.
6. test to see if potato is soft. when its golden and potato os soft remove and eat straight away or leave to cook and eat as a snack or at a picnic.
recipe can be altered easily and leftovers used up.
