    1.5 cups whole wheat flour
    3.5 cups unsweetened applesauce
    2 lg raw eggs
    1-2 tbsps cooking oil(I used olive)
    1tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp.baking soda
    water (just to moisture)
    Pam spray(to spray the metal cookin pan
    metal cooking pan 9 inch square cake pan
    1 metal fork


Put all the dry ingredients in the Pam sprayed cake pan..mix them well...
add the applesauce,eggs,olive oil ,and water...mix well with the metal fork until all are well blended together...
Place the cake pan with the cake batter in the oven at 350'F..and bake 30-35 minutes or until the cake comes out sringy and inserted fork or knife comes out of center clean.
Cool totally and then frost or glaze...
Serve and enjoy...
