Ingredients
-
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 cup crushed honey graham crackers
1/4 stick butter softened (but not melted)
2 tbsp honey softened
.5 oz rum
2 apples, peeled and sliced thinly
3 pears, peeled and sliced thinly
1/2 package blackberries
Cinnamon
nutmeg
.5-1 oz Rum (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350*.
In a bowl, mix apples, pears and blackberries. Make sure the apples and pears are thinly and evenly sliced for an even cooking time.
Add Rum, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste (between a 1/2 tablespoon to 1 tbsp each). Mix thoroughly until everything is coated evenly. Pour mixture into premade graham crust.
In another bowl, mix 1 cup crushed graham crackers, 1/4 stick butter, 2 tbsp butter and a little bit of rum together. Use your hands. Make sure the graham crackers absorb all of the liquids. It should look like a corse crumble by the end.
Put this crumble on top of the fruit. Place in the oven for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the fruit is soft on the interior.
