    1 cup of chopped onions
    1 can of 99%fat free chicken broth
    1 jar of spagetti sauce (your choice)
    1 can pf spicy stewed tomatos
    1 oz lean beef

Directions

brown beef, drain grease,add all other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour
