Introduction
The idea for this came from a recipe on the Rachael Ray show, but I adapted it to my family's likes, as well as made individual pies instead of the large pie.Note: As I said, this recipe can easily be adapted to your own tastes, but any changes in ingredients will naturally alter nutritionally numbers... Ingredients

4 breakfast sausage patties, cooked, cooled and crumbled
8 uncooked large Buttermilk biscuits, such as Pillsbury Grands
4 large eggs PLUS 2 egg yolks
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Makes 8 servings.
Grease large muffin pan. Preheat oven to 375.
Place 1 biscuit inside a resealable plastic bag and roll out to 1/8 inch thickness. Place in prepared muffin pan and repeat process with other biscuit dough.
Mix cooked sausage with cheese. Scramble eggs and egg yolks with milk. Divide sausage & cheese between dough cups. Add egg/milk combination. If desired, sprinkle a little extra cheddar cheese on top. Bake until set, approx 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
