Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    16 oz. non fat ricotta
    8 oz. of Fat Free Sour Cream
    3 Egg Whites
    3 pears, peeled, sliced in half and cored
    juice of 1 lemon
    lemon rind
    12 pkts of Splenda
    dash of salt
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Blend all ingredients, except pears, until smooth. Pour into a square baking pan and place pear halves cut side down on top of the cheesecake mixture. Bake at 325 for 45 mins. Turn off oven and let rest in the oven for another 45 mins. Cool completely, chill and enjoy!
