Where's the spice? And are these boiled, if so I recommend cooking potatoes first and add green beans later, Salt the water. Top with your other favorite spices before serving, - 1/15/14

I needed something as a snack under 100 calories and since I don't really want the sweet stuff as a snack all the time, this is perfect! never thought about these together as my late night snack..just what I needed tonight! thanks=) - 4/21/10

If this is a little bland, try adding your favorite spices or an sauteed onion to the mixture. This recipe is terrific for fresh green beans and new (small red) potatoes. If cholesterol is not a concern, you can fry and drain bacon and add it to the pot for flavor. - 8/10/09

    Good
I enjoyed this but my boyfriend did not. Sadly that means it will not remain in my rotation. Thanks for the idea though! - 6/8/09

I didn't like green beans plain, but adding potatoes made a big difference, thank you! - 6/3/09
