Number of Servings: 4


    8 -4.5 inch round corn tortillas
    2 cups Refried Beans
    1 cup drained sweet corn
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    8 tbsp salsa


Heat oven to 400
Place tortillas on non stick foil on baking sheet
Bake until crispy and remove from oven - leave on baking sheet -- Set Oven to Broil!!!
In small bowl add beans and heat in microwave 1 minute, stir and microwave another minute or until hot.
Spread 1/4 cup beans onto tortillas
Sprinkle with corn (you can heat this too if you prefer)
Sprinkle with cheese
Return to oven on broil setting and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and top with salsa.

Makes 4 Servings @ 2 tostadas each.

Can also use black beans and add sour cream if desired, but will need to alter nutritional info.
