Ingredients

    1 lb very lean ground beef
    1/2 C diced onion
    1/2 C diced red pepper
    1-16 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1 TBSP taco seasoning
    1-8 oz. pkg. reduced fat crescent tolls
    1 C light or fat-free cheddar cheese
    PAM cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with PAM. Brown ground beef, onion and red pepper; drain. Add tomato sauce, pinto beans and taco seasoning to ground beef mixture. Unroll rolls into bottom of baking dish, pinch together to form a crust. Bake for 6 minutes. Pour beef mixture over browned crust and bake an additional 10 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
