Introduction

A simple pasta dish, with lots of added veg for substance. A simple pasta dish, with lots of added veg for substance.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can of tuna
    1 c celery diced
    1 c carrot diced
    1 c tomato diced
    1/2 an avocado, mashed
    1/2 c of pesto sauce
    about 6 c of pasta

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Prep veggies. Boil pasta until ALMOST cooked,( Don't cook it thoroughly or it will turn out mushy) mix pasta with avocado and pesto until coated, stir in other veggies, and 1/4 c of water. Top with cheese, bake for 30-40 mins, until vegetables are tender.
