Ingredients

    1 hard boiled egg, chopped fine
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 T. Mayonnaise
    4 medium red potatoes
    1 T. finely chopped onions
    splash vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 t. dillweed

Directions

Boil potatoes until done, drain and cool. Leave skins on. Mix all other ingredients well and add potatoes when cool.

    Incredible!
    I made this last night. I used new potatos instead of the red, and added dill relish. Was great! Would be very good as a warm potato salad dressing. - 8/13/09

    Very Good
    We liked this recipe. We used Italian seasoning, instead of dillwead and added dice pickle. We also separated it into 6 servings to incorporate it into our mini-meal plan. - 5/25/09
