0.5 C quick cooking oats
0.25 C cooked lentils
0.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey
0.5 C fat free soymilk
10 almonds, chopped
1 C water
Directions
1. Mash the bananas, add all ingredients, except the almonds.
2. Cook over low-heat or in microwave for about 5 minutes or until cooked ( i like mine thick, so i cook it longer)
