    10 slices Thomas's wheat cinnamon raison bread
    2 eggs
    1 egg white
    1 tbsp half and half (optional)
    1/2 cup of skim milk
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    Note: if you choose to omit the half and half the amount of milk needed increases. The half and half adds for a flufflier bread.


Mix all ingredients in a somewhat flat dish with a whisk. Heat a skillet to about 350 degrees. Spray with non stick cooking spray. Dip each slice on both sides into the egg mixture. Cook it on the skillet evenly on both sides.
