Ingredients

    1 box yellow cake mix
    2/3 cup of water
    11 oz canned mandarin oranges,drained
    1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    cooking spray
    flour(for dusting)

Directions

prepare two 8x8 square pans, with cooking spray and flour. Preheat your oven as per the box instructions(375'). Mix the dry cake mis and water, and the egg beaters. Add in ghe oranges and the strawberries. If needed add a tad bit more water. Pour the mix into the pans immediately. You may have to equilibrate the oranges/strawberries into each pan or just one will have trawberry and the other one will be mandarin. Bake per the time instructuions on the box, about 30-35 inutes. Let cool slightly.
