Introduction

Ingredients

    1 box whole wheat penne or rotini
    Half a cucumber, seeded and chopped
    1/4 C diced red onion
    2 small can sliced black olives
    2 cups crumbled feta cheese
    1 can marinated artichokes or fresh artichokes marinated in italian dressing overnight
    3/4 bottle light zesty italian dressing

Directions

This recipe makes 10-15 servings.
Cook box of pasta according to package directions. Once cooled combine all ingredients with pasta. Refridgerate at least an hour before serving.
