Introduction

I'm sure you could make this recipe without a Trader Joe's in your area, but then I wouldn't call it "Trader Joe's Super Stir Fry." I'm sure you could make this recipe without a Trader Joe's in your area, but then I wouldn't call it "Trader Joe's Super Stir Fry."

Ingredients

2 T Canola Oil (or other oil of your choice)
1 bag Trader Joe's Vegetable Fried Rice
1 package Trader Joe's Baked Tofu (teriyaki flavor), cubed
    1/2 - 1 T Trader Joe's Soyaki Sauce
Bragg's Liquid Amino Acid (or soy sauce) to taste

Directions

Seriously, it doesn't get any easier than this. Perfect for people who like to cook but don't like to deal with preparing a lot of ingredients, like me. I like to use this recipe for batch cooking and have a couple lunches left over, but it's also great for impressing guests--they'll have no idea it's so easy.

Add your oil to a large skillet (or a wok, if you're fortunate enough to have one). You can reduce the oil to save calories and fat, but make sure you have enough to cook all your delicious ingredients.
----------------------------------------------------
Heat oil over medium heat and when it is hot, add fried rice and tofu cubes. When you don't see any more ice crystals, increase heat to medium-high.
----------------------------------------------------
After you've cooked it for a bit (this isn't an exact science), add a splash of Soyaki for more flavor. You can easily leave this out but I think it's a bit bland. If that's not enough for you, a little Bragg's or soy sauce should do the trick. Or add a pinch of Chinese 5 Spice Powder, if you have it on hand. To take the sodium level down, leave all that stuff out.
----------------------------------------------------
Cook it until it is ... done. I can't tell you exactly how long this will take, but it really shouldn't be more than about 10 minutes. Serve with a nice green salad (Asian-sesame dressing anyone?) and Mandarin oranges for dessert. WOW, you're like a chef!

Makes 3 servings, ish.
