Introduction

I came up with this recipe when I learned that I wasn't getting enough fat or protein in my diet. I came up with this recipe when I learned that I wasn't getting enough fat or protein in my diet.

Ingredients

    Tuna Salad:
    120 gram can of chunk light tuna
    1/2 cup red pepper chopped
    1 stalk celery chopped
    1 dill pickle chopped
    1 tbsp light mayo

    Wrap:
    2 whole wheat wraps
    1 small avocado sliced
    4 slices of tomato
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Mix tuna, mayo, chopped red pepper, celery, and dill pickle together in a bowl. Add a dash of ground pepper or sea salt if desired to taste.

2. Divide tuna mix on two wraps.

3. Top with sliced avocado, tomato and cheddar.

4. Roll 'em up and they're ready to eat.

Serves two.
