Ingredients

16 oz.. 93% lean Ground Turkey
1 slice natures Own 100% Whole Wheat bread
1/4 c. 1 % milk
1 egg white
1/4 c. Kraft Parmesan Cheese
1 t. ground oregano
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 t. Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
Place turkey in bowl with small cubed bread, milk, egg white, cheese, oregano, salt and pepper. Combine thoroughly. Without handling the meat too roughly, shape the mixture in to 12 evenly sized meatballs (49g ea.)
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add meatballs and cook over a medium heat until meat is no longr pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
You can use these in your favorite spaghetti sause over whole wheat spaghetti, or whatever you like. The calories are for the turkey balls only.
Not the spaghetti or sause. You will have to calulate that yourself.
