Introduction

Nice balance of sweet and spicy and very fast! Nice balance of sweet and spicy and very fast!

Ingredients

    24 oz package lean ground turkey (93%)
    1 T brown sugar
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together and sprinkle over ground turkey. Mix together but not over mixing. Use a 2 oz ice cream scooper to portion out and roll into patties. Fry in non-stick fry pan for 3-5 min each side.
Makes 12 patties
