Introduction

These little sweet snacks are perfect for getting rid of your sweet tooth after a meal or when you're fighting a sugary-craving! These little sweet snacks are perfect for getting rid of your sweet tooth after a meal or when you're fighting a sugary-craving!

Ingredients

    -One 8 oz. package of fat free cream cheese
    -Two tsp. Splenda
    -Two oz. crushed pecans

Directions

Bring 8 oz. of fat free cream cheese to room temperature. Cream the cream cheese with 2 tsp. Splenda sweetener in a mixing bowl or food processor until sweetener is fully incorporated.

Crush one oz. pecans in a food processor. Pour crushed pecans into a small bowl.

Using 2 spoons, scoop 1-inch balls of cream cheese mixture and place in bowl of pecans (one at a time). Roll cream cheese balls until coated with pecans.

Makes 12 cream cheese balls. Cover with cling wrap and place in fridge. Good for about 3 days and really fights those sweet tooth urges!
